St. Geneve pillows are designed to be machine washed. We recommend washing these pillows in pairs and only when soiled. Visit our pillow care section to learn how to care for your pillow for years of comfort.

Always use a pillow protector in addition to pillowcases to keep your pillows fresh. 

St Genève luxury pillows are guaranteed for five years against any defect in materials and workmanship, provided that the care instructions have been followed and a pillow protector has been used at all times.

SUPERWASH™
At St Genève we use SoLoft™ ticking. SoLoft™ is made with pure, natural, renewable, long staple cotton. It is spun into fine, yet very strong threads, which are then woven into a 300 thread count fabric. It is then sent through a special process that uses high pressure and specific temperatures, to create a completely down proof, dust mite proof fabric or “ticking.” SoLoft™ tech is the core of our Superwash™ certification which is guaranteed downproof even after repeat launderings.
