Washing

We strongly recommend using a St Genève pillow protector because it will decrease the need to wash the pillow as often.

If you prefer to have your pillow dry cleaned, choose a reputable cleaning establishment with extensive experience with pillow cleaning.

The Eider Luxe pillow is machine washable; however we recommend only washing them when necessary.

Remove outer Eider pillow and machine wash at a medium temperature. Do not wash the inner core pillow.

Wash regular, standard, and queen pillows as pairs, wash king pillows individually.

Use a pure, gentle soap. Do not bleach.

Use medium temperature water at the maximum water level with an extra rinse cycle.

If water is left in the pillow after the extra rinse cycle, squeeze out the excess water.

Drying

Machine dry at a medium temperature.

It may take several cycles to dry; do not over dry.

St Genève luxury pillows are guaranteed for five years against any defect in materials and workmanship.

This is provided that the care instructions have been followed accordingly and a pillow protector has been used at all times.
